Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, ensuring that our products is handled efficiently and value our customers experience at Contec Supply. This role requires a self starter, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, stand and lift cementitious material, and a commitment to maintaining positive workplace environment. As a small growing business we only have one Warehouse employee at this time.

Responsibilities

Manage the warehouse inventory, organization, safety, and cleanliness. Utilize equipment pallet jacks and forklift. Fabricate and build pallets or other structures as needed for storage or shipping purposes. Pick orders for customers and prepare pallets for shipments, making sure they are properly wrapped and strapped for safe shipping. Communicate professionally with customers when pulling their order, handling pickups, deliveries, or inquiries. Manage Rental equipment check in and check out (Concrete Grinders) Accurately track shipping and receiving inventory and maintain accurate records and rotation of product. Keep the storefront stocked, organized and clean for customers. Load and unload products from delivery trucks and customers vehicles. Ensuring proper handling of materials Manage time and duties in a fast pace and dynamic workplace. Pick up product orders: Drive box trucks and van. No CDL license needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Drivers License: Driving record will be checked. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy items (50 lb bags and 5 gallon buckets) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Forklift training and experience not required. Basic math and computer skills. Good customer service skills in person and on the phone. A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
