Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented

Inventory Sorters

to join our Receiving team. In this role, the candidate will retrieve inbound materials and sort them according to model, specification, and other required criteria. Sorted materials will then be binned and transported to the appropriate warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities

Retrieve inbound material from the receiving docks or staging areas. Sort parts by model, specification number, or other defined categories. Inspect parts for correct identification and ensure accuracy in sorting. Transport bins to designated warehouse locations using carts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment. Maintain accurate counts and communicate discrepancies to the Receiving Lead or Supervisor. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Ability to read and identify model numbers, spec numbers, and part labels accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with bulk materials. Capable of lifting up to 40-50 lbs and standing/walking for most of the shift. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with regular exposure to automotive parts and material-handling equipment. Requires repetitive lifting, sorting, and organizing of bulk items.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
