About the Job



As a Picker at our Headquarters warehouse, you'll help send orders throughout the Northwest, the United States, and the world. You'll have a direct impact on the flow of order fulfillment as we have a same-day shipping commitment to our dedicated customers. This role requires someone who is passionate about serving our industry and loyal patrons.





Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Delight NRS customers by accurately locating and selecting each line item to fulfill customer orders Backstock items when necessary Follow proper protocol to ensure accurate inventory count; participate in inventory management projects when needed Utilize and properly operate equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided, previous experience not required) Assist with receiving and stocking new product when necessary Other duties as assigned

Strong understanding of the importance of reliability High attention to detail 'Hustle' mindset and strong work ethic Friendly and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication Ability to work independently without losing the teamwork mentality




Physical Requirements


Able to stand/walk for duration of shift Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry products necessary for order fulfillment and inventory stocking Able to lift up to 50 lbs




Preferred


Full-time availability prioritized (please include availability if seeking part-time employment) Previous warehouse and/or receiving experience




Position will remain open through January 31st, 2026 or until filled.
