Major Duties
Directs and organizes daily workloads for specific function of the distribution center (receiving, storage, shipping, order select, etc.)
Supervises assigned associates within the work area.
Analyzes productivity and applies standards for the specific work unit.
Provides resolution to personnel issues following established guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
