OnTrac is hiring a HUB Operations Manager!

As an Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

Location Details:

Pay:

$67,000 - $118,000 annually, depending on experience.

Shift:

Wednesday - Saturday from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Must-Haves:

GED/Diploma required; college degree preferred Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback

Your Mission in Motion:

Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing KPIs and optimizing business processes for safety, efficiency, and compliance. Lead daily labor planning and sort operations in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Promote a strong safety culture with a focus on dock safety, lockout/tagout procedures, and overall compliance. Collaborate with Contracted Service Providers to monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure service alignment. Maintain a strong on-floor presence to support operational readiness and team engagement.
