Job Overview:
As a Warehouse & Operations Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day warehouse tasks, operate forklifts safely, and support order processing and field operations. You'll be a key player in ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
Perform receiving, stocking, staging, and fulfillment of inventory.
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and documentation.
Support Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Service Order workflows.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
Provide cross-training in order entry, purchasing, and service support.
Assist with field operations, deliveries, and service tasks as needed.
Perform additional operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven warehouse and forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic computer and data entry skills; experience with ERP or inventory systems a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, crouch, kneel, and work outdoors.
