Warehouse Office Support
person in our
Claremore, OK
facility.
Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 1:00PM-10:00PM
Role & Responsibilities:
Review sales orders and verify accuracy of material pulled to completed orders.
Prepare packing slips, list items sold, amount due, and date of shipment.
Examine outgoing packing slips to ensure shipments meet specifications.
Expedite orders to meet promised delivery dates.
Adjust inventory balances in our ERP system to reflect orders shipped and maintain accurate inventory.
Adjust counts, investigate discrepancies, and report cause and resolution from investigation.
Ensure certifications meet material specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work Sunday-Thursday 1:00PM-10:00AM, Sunday-Thursday.
Ability to read and write English.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Computer knowledge including basic Excel.
High School Diploma/GED.
