Job Description

ISS is seeking Night Porter for a warehouse in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for making sure that the facility is neat and presentable to the client. This position is also critical in ensuring that plant production operates smoothly without interruption. This position performs basic tasks on a day-to-day basis throughout the facility that includes wiping down racks and desks, recycling, trash removal, operating floor scrubbers, sorting/stacking pallets, replenish of and assembly of packing materials, and operating a forklift as needed. Training will be provided for forklift operation.

Schedule

: Monday-Friday; 3:30pm - Midnight
Some Saturdays as needed during peak operation

Payrates

: $17 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Wiping down racks and desks Clean and stock designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping) Recycling Trash removal Operating floor scrubbers Sorting/stacking pallets Replenish of and assembly of packing materials Operating a forklift as needed. *Training will be provided
Ability to comfortably lift 50lbs or less. Other tasks/jobs upon request to support production requirements Ability to work independently and as a team Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs to building and/or cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in commercial cleaning preferred Prior forklift experience a plus but not required
