What to Expect

As a Warehouse Manager at Partify, you will own the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and inventory systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring parts are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a hands-on mindset in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping Build, train, and supervise warehouse staff while enforcing safety and performance standards Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts to support sales and customer fulfillment Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer support teams to meet delivery commitments Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory shrinkage Manage warehouse equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships

What You'll Bring

3 to 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center management experience Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices Experience with shipping carriers, freight coordination, and logistics workflows Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse environment Experience in automotive parts, e-commerce, or aftermarket supply chains is a plus
