Semsotai USA is an electronics and IT hardware refurbishing, recycling, remarketing, and manufacturing company. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure smooth operation arrangements.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, organization, and shipping arrangements. This role will ensure that products are accurately stored, tracked, and shipped out efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock organization, and ensure the safe and efficient use of space.

- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that safety protocols and performance expectations are met.

- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation

- Develop and maintain shipping schedules in line with customer expectations and deadlines.

- Work closely with suppliers and shipping carriers to arrange transportation, manage logistics, and resolve any issues.

- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.

- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and best practices.

- Communicate daily objectives and address employee concerns in a timely and prompt manner.

- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

- Analyze operational workflows and recommend strategies for increased efficiency.

Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting and task management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Experience

-3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including 1-2 years in a leadership role.

Skills

-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
