Warehouse Manager

to lead our warehouse operations and ensure our technicians have what they need to succeed in the field.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and stock organization. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts. Coordinate with service managers and technicians to ensure job readiness and material availability. Implement and maintain safety protocols and cleanliness standards. Manage warehouse staff, schedules, and performance. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing. Utilize inventory software and systems to track and report on warehouse metrics.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the trades or home services industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials is a plus. Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
