About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and motivated

Lead Warehouse Manager

to oversee all day-to-day operations within our warehouse. This position is responsible for ensuring that every product entering and leaving the building is handled accurately, efficiently, and safely.

You will lead the warehouse team in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products -- both to retail partners and directly to customers. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running a clean, organized, and high-performing warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations from receiving to shipping. Accurately count and verify incoming inventory; ensure products are properly labeled and palletized. Maintain real-time organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Supervise, train, motivate, and hold warehouse employees accountable for performance and accuracy. Manage daily order fulfillment workflows -- picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently. Ensure retail and e-commerce orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule. Maintain proper staffing levels; create weekly schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand. Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed and reduce errors. Handle employee discipline, coaching, and performance reviews when needed. Track and communicate key performance metrics to leadership. Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed. Work closely with Operations and Inventory teams to maintain smooth communication and execution.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient with inventory management systems;

experience with ShipHero preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. Forklift experience a plus. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and results-driven.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
