Structall Building Systems is an industry leader in SIP's (Structural Insulated Panels) who has been in business for over 30 years. We are growing and expanding our operations in Louisiana. We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager that is a dependable, self-starter and can manage a team.

Our Warehouse Manager oversees the operations of a warehouse, helping ensure that goods arrive at their destination on time and undamaged. As such, their duties include auditing and overseeing our distribution policies, conducting routine inspections, delegating tasks to staff, and oversee shipment tracking.

Furthermore, our Warehouse Manager will mediate with both internal and external parties to maintain an open line of communication. Employees may also come to them for training, guidance, or addressing specific issues in distribution.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

Supervising 6-8 employees

Overseeing the weekly cycle count- reporting to corporate

Checking the accuracy of the orders that are processed

Ensuring that the material is packaged and loaded correctly

Auditing delivery pick tickets for Inventory accuracy

Collaborate with the Office Manager and Logistics Manager on Inventory adjustments

Preparing revision of orders in database

Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and reporting maintenance issues

Confirming all employees are following safety protocols

Certifying all operations are running on a timely schedule

Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall effectiveness

Managing daily warehouse operations

Providing excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Proven experience in warehouse setting

Monday-Friday; Saturday as needed (during peak season)
