Warehouse Manager
to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material distribution. This role is responsible for maintaining company assets, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and supporting field operations through timely coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Oversee all receiving, warehousing, staging, and distribution activities
Maintain accurate inventory records for materials, tools, and equipment
Organize materials on pallets and shelving for efficiency and accessibility
Stage outbound materials for job sites and prepare deliveries
Perform jobsite clean-offs by retrieving tools, equipment, and materials and documenting inventory
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including interior spaces, restrooms, exterior lot, and roll-up door areas
Manage trash removal, recycling, pallet organization, and weekly sweeping
Operate and maintain forklifts, including fueling and charging
Maintain warehouse equipment, tools, lifts, and vehicles; coordinate external repairs as needed
Engrave, document, photograph, paint, and stencil tools and equipment as required
Build, clean, and prepare gang boxes for upcoming jobs
Update warehouse work plans, whiteboards, and documentation weekly
Safety & Compliance
Ensure a safe and healthy warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Conduct routine safety checks on warehouse equipment, vehicles, and tools
Enforce proper equipment use and safe material handling practices
Maintain documentation for equipment servicing, repairs, and asset tracking
Transportation & Deliveries
Coordinate material deliveries with Purchasing and Project teams
Operate company vehicles and delivery trucks when required
Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections (tires, lights, mirrors, straps, load security)
Ensure safe driving practices at all times
Communication & Coordination
Communicate weekly with internal teams to identify upcoming material and equipment needs
Follow up on deliveries, pending requests, and open tasks via email, phone, or text
Review prior communications to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Provide inventory and material movement documentation to administrative staff
Act as a team player and positive presence supporting both warehouse and field crews
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum
3 years of experience
in a warehouse lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling
Forklift certification and proven forklift operation experience
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of staff
Ability to work extended hours as needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
