Position Summary

We are seeking a

Warehouse Manager

to lead and support a team of

8-10 warehouse employees

. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is dependable, organized, and people-focused. The ideal candidate will take the time to learn our processes, lead by example on the warehouse floor, and help drive a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of 8-10 warehouse employees Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, drivers, and a fleet of company vehicles Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment to customers Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment Enforce company procedures while fostering teamwork and accountability Coordinate with sales and operations to meet customer needs Manage inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Qualifications & Skills

Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Strong

people skills

with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn company-specific products and processes Ability to lead from the floor Forklift / Combilift experience preferred Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse systems
