ABC Seamless of Nebraska (with locations in Omaha, Lincoln, and Wood River) is a fast-growing construction company that installs premium exterior home products. We're hiring a full-time Warehouse Manager for our Omaha location. We are looking for a

Warehouse Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and fleet. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing materials, inventory systems, and logistics. The successful candidate, will be reliable, self-driven, detail oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment that includes physical labor and lifting 50 to 100 pounds regularly.

The Warehouse Manager duties include, but are not limited to:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials Oversee inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock levels using inventory management systems Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery to all locations Manage the company's fleet account, including tracking vehicle maintenance, registrations, and usage Ensure all warehouse and fleet operations meet company safety and compliance standards Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient material flow and delivery schedules Travel as needed between company locations or for vendor coordination Ensuring the ABC Seamless of Nebraska warehouse's are safe, clean, and organized Delivering and picking up materials as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing warehouse operations or logistics Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software Experience ordering materials and maintaining supplier relationships Fleet management experience preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to travel periodically as required Forklift and OSHA certification is preferred
