Warehouse Manager

, you'll be at the center of our operations, making sure every crew has the tools, materials, and equipment they need to deliver for our customers. If you're highly organized, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do:

Inventory Management

- Oversee stock tracking, replenishment, and control to minimize discrepancies.

Staging Jobs

- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming projects.

Warehouse & Facility Cleanliness

- Keep our space safe, compliant, and well-organized.

Fleet Maintenance

- Schedule and track maintenance for company vehicles to keep them running smoothly.

Tool Tracking & Organization

- Manage the tool room, track issued tools, and maintain proper equipment inventory.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in

warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control

(construction industry experience a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines. Basic mechanical knowledge to oversee vehicle maintenance schedules. Proficiency with

inventory management systems

or related software. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain is strongly preferred). Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with crews and management. High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred - But not required.
