Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our distribution center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse functions, including logistics, order fulfillment, materials management, and supervising staff. This role is critical in ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Oversee order fulfillment processes to guarantee timely delivery to customers. Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels. Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation and distribution of products. Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance. Develop and manage budgets related to warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with other departments to streamline supply chain processes. Identify areas for improvement in warehouse efficiency and implement necessary changes.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience Strong leadership skills--you know how to build a team and keep them motivated Working knowledge of warehouse systems, processes, and inventory control Solid understanding of OSHA and warehouse safety standards Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a physical, fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus Forklift certification is preferred, or willingness to get certified
