Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Oversee quality control strategy and execution, partnering with QC supervisors to align repair standards, inspection protocols, and construction specifications across facilities.
Monitor and report on QC performance metrics, including efficiency scores, defect rates, and customer-impacting issues; escalate trends to leadership as needed.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, inventory accuracy, and shipping services, integrating QC checkpoints to minimize rework and returns.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, shipping services including but not limited to major and last mile carriers as well as LTL shipping of pallets.
Excellent communication, cohesive strategy planning and execution, ensure strategic actions are completed at all levels of the Warehouse and desired results are achieved
Collaborate with management and HR-Business Partner in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure safety procedures are effectively communicated and adhered

Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
May need to liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and consumers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
4+ years of experience in logistics warehouse environment
Up to 8 year(s) of work experience, Exceptional leadership ability, preferred history of managing large teams, Capable of working well under pressure and deliver on deadlines, Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of Inventory & Cycle Count Process/Procedure.
Experience with Quality Control of garments/clothing highly desired.
Strong organization skills, communication and interpersonal skills while being a team leader.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word, and Outlook & Google Sheets.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems, inventory, and shipping software.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Self-learner who is innovative and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and not afraid to ask questions
Experience dealing with international shipments and customs is a plus.
