Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, material storage, inventory control, and distribution to support production. This role ensures materials flow efficiently through the facility, maintains accurate inventory levels, optimizes processes, and upholds safety and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and documentation Implement and improve warehouse processes, layout, and workflows Coordinate material flow to production to ensure timely order fulfillment Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and effectively Communicate clearly with production, purchasing, and management teams

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to operate or obtain certification for forklifts and material-handling equipment Experience with inventory software or ERP systems a plus Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused High school diploma or equivalent required
