$65,000-$75,000 DOE

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (flexibility required)

Location:

Council Bluffs, IA (just across the river from Omaha)

Travel:

Up to 50% regional travel

The Opportunity

We're seeking a hands-on

Warehouse Manager & Logistics Driver

to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage client equipment pick-ups for our Council Bluffs location. This role blends leadership, logistics, and client service -- leading a small 1-2 person crew,

hitting the road for client pick-ups and deliveries

, and keeping our operation running safely, efficiently, and in line with our company values.

What You'll Do

Lead daily warehouse operations and safety procedures Oversee and perform client pick-ups of decommissioned IT equipment Drive a 26-ft box truck and ensure secure, compliant transport Manage inventory, shipments, and documentation for certification standards Communicate with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track Support other ER2 locations as needed for larger pick-ups or special projects

About You

2+ years in logistics or warehouse leadership Strong communicator with a hands-on leadership style Able to lift 70-100 lbs and operate warehouse equipment Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Clean criminal record and ability to pass a drug screen upon hire

Willing to travel regionally (up to 50%) Able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (ER2 will assist)

Safety-Sensitive Role

This position is safety-sensitive due to driving and equipment-handling responsibilities. Team members must perform all duties free from impairment and maintain readiness to work safely at all times.
