Description

Are you ready to join an innovative team that pushes the boundaries of creativity and delivers top-notch results? At Aardvark Studios, we thrive in a multitude of creative landscapes. Simply calling us a "Creative Fabrication Company" or an "Experiential Marketing Company" doesn't capture the full scope of what we do. We are a dynamic design, build and technology studio serving the experiential marketing, location based entertainment, and museum industries constantly evolving with each and every unique project.

Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented team player who enjoys keeping things organized and moving efficiently? Aardvark Studios is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our production operations team. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role plays a key part in supporting our production and logistics teams by ensuring that materials and finished builds are handled, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently. A critical component of this position is the packing and crating of custom-built items -- many of which are oversized, delicate, or one-of-a-kind. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, proactive, and takes great pride in ensuring that every item that enters, moves within, or leaves the warehouse does so in a safe, organized and properly protected manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, including coordination with freight carriers and couriers, and ensuring accurate documentation and labeling.

Manage and maintain inventory accuracy using our warehouse software system.

Supervise and execute packing and crating of custom-built items -- ensuring all materials are protected, labeled, and shipped securely.

Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized warehouse space.

Develop and enforce warehouse procedures that promote safety, efficiency, and accountability.

Work closely with fabrication and project management teams to ensure materials and finished builds are ready for delivery on schedule.

Manage shipping documentation, tracking, and communication with internal teams.

Oversee equipment operation, including forklift and pallet jack use (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).

Support project teams with warehouse prep and packing for events or tours.

Proven in their experience to manage an organized warehouse / inventory.

A proactive problem solver with strong communication and leadership skills.

Someone who takes pride in careful, quality work -- especially when it comes to protecting and shipping custom fabricated pieces.

Highly organized and familiar with inventory management.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and spreadsheets.

Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift and pallet jack (Training / Certification can be provided).

You don't mind getting your hands dirty and work with urgency.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.

How we'll measure success:
