Position Title: Warehouse Manager

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the Job Corps warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment. This role is critical in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting center operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse staff and student workers, providing training and guidance Manage inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy and accountability Oversee shipping, receiving, and distribution of supplies and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Ensure compliance with OSHA, Job Corps, and organizational safety standards Coordinate with other departments to meet program and student needs Prepare reports on inventory, usage, and operational efficiency Support student career development by modeling professionalism and providing work-based learning opportunities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience Supervisory experience is strongly preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment safely
