Description

As the Warehouse Manager at Urva Prep Center, you are responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of daily warehouse operations. This includes developing and implementing a daily plan that prioritizes tasks based on client needs and operational goals. You hold the highest level of authority within the warehouse, making key decisions on staffing, including hiring and terminations, and overseeing all processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Employee Management

Interview and hire new employees when needed. Terminate employees when needed, due to performance, or policy violations. Creating a daily plan for employees to follow based on what is a priority to get completed for our clients.

Warehouse Management

Ensuring all of the warehouse equipment gets serviced. Re-ordering warehouse supplies on a weekly basis. Making warehouse supply purchases when needed.

Client Management

Following up with existing clients that haven't sent shipments in a long time, and seeing if it's due to our performance. Communicating with clients to take note of any ongoing issues or concerns, and ensure that they are happy with our service.

Requirements

Must be

18 years of age or older

Must have proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role Must have previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience

6:00am-4:00pm (10 hours)

$19 - $22 per hour
