What We Need:

F.H. Furr is currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team in

Ashburn, VA

. Our company, established in 1981, has a strong focus on providing high-quality residential services. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and on time Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting Strong organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Proficiency in using a computer and warehouse management software
