Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our team and oversee our warehouse operations.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and leading a team of warehouse staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Supervision: Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate operations. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Inventory Management:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products and materials. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into inventory management systems.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and safety of products. Monitor warehouse operations to comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. Logistics and Shipping: Coordinate and manage shipping and receiving activities. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery. Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficient workflow. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for warehouse staff. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Equipment and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities. Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and meets safety standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the nutraceutical or health supplement industry. Certification in warehouse management or logistics. Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.

Working Conditions:

This position requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. The warehouse environment may include exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
