Job Summary

Fast Fulfillment is hiring an

Outbound Lead

to oversee the efficient flow of non-pick/pack outbound activities. This position is responsible for prioritizing outbound orders, directing warehouse staff, ensuring vendor compliance labeling, auditing outbound shipments, and coordinating truck loading. The Outbound Lead will supervise up to 10 employees and is accountable for their quality, performance, and development.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and manage outbound shipments to meet delivery timelines. Direct and support warehouse staff in picking, labeling, and loading. Ensure outbound orders meet vendor compliance standards. Audit outbound orders to verify accuracy and documentation. Coordinate and oversee truck loading activities. Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of up to 10 employees. Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards. Communicate effectively with internal departments and carriers. Promote a positive and accountable team culture.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred. Prior leadership experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and leading with discretion. Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

and work in an

ambient warehouse environment.

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, WMS).
