Warehouse Lead - Battery Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced warehouse lead/supervisor who is dedicated and willing to work at our location in Jonesboro AR. We are looking for people with a history of warehouse employment that are looking to work for a great company like us. As a Warehouse lead/supervisor you will direct the warehouse in processing deliveries, prepare and complete orders and ensure all internal warehouse procedures are adhered to while maintaining quality standards and providing excellent customer service on the shop floor. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, as you might have to make local deliveries. Our ideal candidates are exceptionally detail-oriented and able to track and manage multiple duties. By utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you will help us prepare and sell our excellent products to our customer.

This role best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. The fast paced and energized environment relies on organization and efficiency and with so much ground to cover in the line of duty it is important to ensure that you have a moderate level of fitness (some batteries are over 90lbs) to enable you to comfortably carry out your tasks.



Previous experience in a similar position

Knowledge of warehouse and inventory procedures



Ability to meet the physical demands of the job



Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems



Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

Responsibilities:

Follow company packing procedures and standards



Handle inventory with care and attention to detail



Adhere to safety programs and compliance for a safe work environment



Follow company safety policies and procedures, and encourage other associates to do the same



Ensure product orders are packed and moved carefully



Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment



Maintain updated knowledge on current products, pricing, and promotions



Maintain a clean and safe work environment
