Caduceus is hiring multiple General Laborers to support expeditionary logistics operations for the U.S. Navy in Ponce, Puerto Rico. These entry-level positions support cargo handling, warehouse organization, and daily operations.
Place of Performance:
Ponce, Puerto Rico (Port of Ponce). The warehouse and operations are expected to work daily 0700-1900 with the ability to surge to 24-hour operations each day.
Period of Performance:
01 December 2025 to 31 March 2026 with a possible extension.
Requirements:
Clearance:
Must pass a federal background check
Language Requirement:
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in refrigerated, freezer, and outdoor environments.
Must pass a federal background check.
Ability to follow instructions in a structured environment.
Reliable transportation to/from the warehouse or port site.
Fork-lift certified
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Port of Ponce operations or warehouse environments.
General logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience.
OSHA or pallet jack training.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist with unloading inbound commercial and military shipments, containers, and pallets.
Support palletizing, wrapping, staging, labeling, and warehouse organization.
Move materials using pallet jacks or dollies; assist MHE operators.
Help identify and sort 'W' and 'G' priority cargo.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Assist with preparing shipments outbound to the Port of Ponce.
Work in a fast-paced environment with potential surge requirements.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
