Overview

Elegant Kitchen and Design is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager for our cabinetry division. You'll help keep the warehouse organized, manage inventory, support the cabinet builders, and make sure orders are ready for customer pickups. This role is key to keeping production running smoothly and making sure deliveries stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and stock inventory; verify quantities and put materials away in the correct location Keep track of what's being used and what needs to be restocked Notify the front office when materials or supplies are running low Maintain an organized system for labeling, stocking, and inventory movement Monitor the cabinet-building schedule and help keep builds on track Prioritize builds based on delivery and pickup dates Communicate delays or issues to the front office or leadership Oversee daily pickups and deliveries; coordinate loading and confirm order accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and shop environment

Requirements

Experience in a warehouse, cabinetry, construction, or production environment preferred Friendly and professional - this role interacts with customers and contractors during pickups Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work in a hands-on, physical environment Reliable, detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable coordinating daily tasks and keeping schedules moving On-site in a warehouse and occasionally in the showroom Fast-paced, hands-on work with daily communication between designers, builders, installers, and customers
