Monarch Metal, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of architectural metals and panel hanging systems. We have experienced tremendous growth and currently have a full-time job opportunity for a hands on working warehouse and fulfillment lead to join our team in Sparks, NV. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, picking, and packing customer orders. The ideal candidate will be a drug free, detail-oriented team player who accurately processes customer product orders. Beyond meaningful and challenging work, you'll receive on the job training to help you learn what you need to know to become a valuable contributor to our warehouse team and company.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Must be able to maintain inventory records and conduct full inventory counts as needed. Must have the ability to speak, read, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 pounds. Excellent attendance is required. Reliable transportation to get you to and from work is required. Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day from 8:30AM-5:00PM. (30-minute lunch from 12-12:30 and two paid breaks during the day). You will be a part of a team that works well together, works to be error free, and provides excellent internal and external customer service in getting the job done.
