Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, shipping and receiving, and delivery coordination. This role is vital in ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order processing, and smooth distribution processes within a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining safety standards and optimizing warehouse workflows to support e-commerce and distribution needs.

Duties

Manage inventory using Warehouse Management System Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading goods with pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts Oversee order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely to move materials throughout the warehouse Assist with packaging products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met Coordinate with delivery drivers and direct them on their daily routes and tasks Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and stock levels Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with logistics providers and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct routine inspections of equipment and work area Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or related roles Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and order fulfillment Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Familiarity with warehouse distribution procedures and stock replenishment strategies Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and logistics partners

Pay: $20.00 per hour
