Responsibilities:
Prepare meeting materials, order catering, and ensure all logistics are handled smoothly.
Maintain records, organize files, and order office supplies as needed.
Manage incoming correspondence and prioritize actions accordingly.
Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Assist with reports, data collection, and budget tracking.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Support project coordination and departmental initiatives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; three or more years of administrative support experience preferred.
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and internet research tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Shifts & Pay:
Shift: 2nd - 3rd shift
Payment: $18.04 Overtime: $27.06
Dress Code:
Warehouse-appropriate attire; professional yet comfortable clothing suitable for an administrative environment.
