Job Summary:

For the warehouse cleaning/sanitation role, we are seeking candidates that are seeking a challenge.

A majority of this work will take place in coolers with temperatures that work above 1? C (34?F), while freezers work below 0?C (32?F)

.

The critical functions of this role are as follows:

Working independently or on a team for an 8 hour shift.

PHYSICALLY DEMANDING ROLE: pulling, pushing, lifting, using a manual pallet jack and walking for the majority of the shift.

Mopping all bays, wiping rails and picking up debris from the aisles.

Cleaning/mopping up any spills in the warehouse coolers (liquids).

This job could also involve some outside cleaning of dock doors and other areas as assigned.

Schedule & Compensation:

Monday-Friday

7am -3:30pm

Benefits:

Employees are eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision) after 60 days of employment.

Wage:

$17/Hour/Bi Weekly Pay

Responsibilities:

Working independently or in a team setting.

Will be working in the refrigerated/freezer section of the warehouse and also outside of the warehouse.

Pulling, pushing, lifting, using a manual pallet jack and walking for the majority of the shift. May involve walking long distances to clean up emergency spills. Cleaning up spills and picking up debris in aisles. (Shrink wrap, cardboard, broken pallets, etc.) Taking supplies to an aisle, pulling out the pallets in bays, mopping the floor, wiping rails, and cleaning behind, underneath and around the bay. The pallet is to be placed back in its original position.

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience in a commercial setting is preferred, but not required.

Ability to work in coolers with temperatures that work above 1? C (34?F), while freezers work below 0?C (32?F)

. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and lift constantly.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
