Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, staging, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.



While this is an entry-level position, prior experience handling valves or industrial components is preferred and will be considered a strong asset.



Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment

Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery



*

Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand tools (training provided as needed)



*

Identify, handle, and organize valves and related components (preferred experience)



*

Assist with basic valve handling, tagging, and staging for job readiness



*

Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts



*

Label, package, and document outgoing shipments



*

Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards



*

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines



*

Assist warehouse leadership with additional duties as assigned



Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred



*

Entry-level candidates welcome; prior warehouse experience is a plus



*

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team



*

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills



*

Willingness to learn warehouse processes and material handling procedures



*

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
