Job Summary

Summary:

Receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and food &beverage products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follows steps of service. Ensures all products are stored properly in the locations directed. Receive food and beverage products from several vendors, utilizing large equipment for the process. Helps with invoice receiving and processing. Delivers product requested during an event, including but not limited to changing kegs of beer. Understands and exceeds the needs of our internal guests. Maintains service areas. Employs good safety and sanitation practices. Labeling/dating all product being received Facilitates delivery sheet process to stand locations. Maintains proper cleanliness and organization in warehouse. Adheres to company guidelines and house rules Follows responsible alcohol service policies. Maintains inventory records. Performs other duties as assigned. Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards. Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others. Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: + The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
+ The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
+ The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
