Crown Packaging Corp. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join their team!

About the Role.

The Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is primarily responsible for assisting with the entire inbound/outbound warehouse workflow, to include quality control on all incoming/outbound freight, overseeing product and material movement in shipping and receiving docks, and maintaining timely preparation of outbound orders. Maintains accurate inventory and works in internal computer systems to adjust inventory.

Essential Functions:

Reading and interpreting bills of lading and other shipping/receiving paperwork. Operating a forklift to gather materials and products for orders. Pulling and preparing orders, to include wrapping and tagging outbound freight. Adjust inventory in company systems to maintain inventory accuracy. Process incoming and outbound shipments in company system (JDE). Review all incoming shipments for accuracy and check for damages or missing materials. Generate warehouse shipping documents, packing slips and invoices. Provide coverage for Warehouse Manager when required.

Requirements:

Forklift experience required. 3+ years experience in a warehouse or fulfillment related role or facility. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to problem solve and report problems to appropriate personnel when needed. Computer proficiency in MS Office products. JDE experience preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
