Job Summary: The Material Handler conducts the movement of all raw materials, component distribution and finished good items in accordance with FDA guidelines for cGMP. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Verifies components and distributes materials to manufacturing lines in accordance with issue sheet \xc2\xb7 Reports any damaged inventory or discrepancies with products to management \xc2\xb7 Maintains availability and effective control over inventory through FIFO \xc2\xb7 Operates a shrink wrap machine and pallet bander as needed \xc2\xb7 Performs daily checks of powered equipment \xc2\xb7 Operates a sit-down forklift, electric pallet jack and reach truck \xc2\xb7 Assists with verifying finished goods are approved for release \xc2\xb7 Works in accordance with all safety regulations, sop\xe2\x80\x99s and work instructions \xc2\xb7 Conducts ground shipping duties as assigned \xc2\xb7 Assists with loading and unloading materials and finished goods while ensuring proper handling Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 2-3 years of sit down forklift experience preferred \xc2\xb7 1-2 years of reach truck experience preferred \xc2\xb7 Hazmat experience preferred \xc2\xb7 Understands how to read pick tickets, issues sheets and bill of lading \xc2\xb7 Basic math and computer skills Physical Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Move up to a maximum of 75 pounds infrequently \xc2\xb7 Routinely move 20 \xe2\x80\x93 50 pounds \xc2\xb7 Roll 55-gallon drums weighing 350-pounds \xc2\xb7 Push/pull up to 70 pounds \xc2\xb7 Reach and lift overhead \xc2\xb7 Crouch and lift from floor level \xc2\xb7 Walk and stand up to 95%; sit to operate fork truck up to 50% \xc2\xb7 Work in temperatures between 50\xc2\xb0 F to 85\xc2\xb0 F MMSOH Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Payment frequency:
