Job Description

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle order fulfillment, staging deliveries, unloading freight, stocking materials, and other warehouse operations. The ideal candidate works well independently and as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Load and unload trucks for deliveries Receive and inspect incoming freight Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Stock material on shelves Pick and process orders Handle returns from customers and vendors Operate a Microsoft-based computer system Operate forklifts and wire-cutting machinery

REPORTS TO:

Profit Center Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Authorization to work in the United States. Willingness to undergo a background check. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy items. Good communication skills for customer and team interactions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant experience in electrical distribution is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Primarily in a non-climate controlled warehouse (temperature varies with seasons). Some outdoor work required.

COMPENSATION:

Starting Wage: $20/hour
