Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and organized operation of our warehouse and distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and a passion for order picking and inventory control.

Duties:

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stockroom operations.

- Conduct order picking and processing in a timely and accurate manner.

- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes to move products within the warehouse.

- Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counting and physical counts.

- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center, preferably as a warehouse associate or supervisor.

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.

- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Physical stamina to operate heavy equipment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Abilitity to lift 30-50lb items regularly and up to 75lb occassionally.

Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
