Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and quality while working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Conduct materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting and moving products throughout the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock locations. Support warehouse supervisor in training new associates on best practices for equipment operation and safety.
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience is preferred; experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Knowledge of order picking processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques. Experience operating cranes, forklifts, or other heavy machinery is highly desirable. Understanding of warehouse distribution operations and inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
