Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and reliable

Warehouse Associates and Delivery Helpers

for full-time roles in Swedesboro, NJ. You will assist in daily warehouse operations and occasional delivery support, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. It offers structured shifts, opportunities for overtime, and the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities may include:

Receive and Unload Shipments

- Unload incoming containers and palletize units efficiently.

Inventory Management

- Perform stock checks and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Material Handling

- Safely use a handcart to move products and consistently lift 50-75 lbs.

Delivery Assistance

- Escort the delivery team on company trucks to assist with on-site deliveries.

Warehouse Organization

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements:

Ability to consistently lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work. Comfortable using a handcart and handling inventory. Willingness to assist with both warehouse operations and deliveries. Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to work flexible hours (occasional later shifts due to deliveries). Spanish language skills are highly preferred. DRUG TEST and BACKGROUND CHECK required
