Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and possess the skills necessary to handle heavy equipment and materials handling tasks efficiently and safely. Duties

Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting and system updates using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision to meet fulfillment deadlines Assist in shipping & receiving activities, including documentation and tracking via AS400 or similar systems Stock shelves and organize warehouse space efficiently for optimal workflow Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting routine equipment inspections

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related roles Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, RF scanners, and order picker technology Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards for warehouse operations Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity over extended periods Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
