Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assosiate to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management to optimize our logistics and transportation planning.
Duties
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Oversee the procurement of materials and supplies necessary for warehouse operations. Coordinate with other departments to streamline supply chain management processes. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Skills
Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies. Proficient organization management and planning. Experience in supply chain management with a focus on efficiency. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Knowledge of process improvement techniques to enhance operational performance. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse environment.
