What You'll Do:

Pick and pack outbound orders accurately and efficiently Verify products against order documentation, striving for 100% accuracy Label shipments according to carrier and customer specifications Prepare shipments for pickup and ensure all required documentation is included Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided if needed) Use scanners to process outbound items and update system records Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping areas Assist with wave picking strategies and help meet shipping deadlines Monitor shipping supply levels and notify management when restocking is needed Support cross-docking and interdepartmental transfers as needed Participate in company meetings and training sessions Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of warehouse or receiving experience preferred Forklift certification preferred Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); Sage/WMS experience a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
