We are seeking a Day Shift Warehouse Associate that has expertise in pulling, packing and receiving.

Summary/Objective

The Warehouse Associate prepares product for installation and verifies and keeps records of incoming shipments by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.

Essential Functions:

Pulls and prepares orders for installation. Performs all computer and paperwork functions necessary to track various aspects of goods. Supports the received goods and supplies to be used in the installation of goods to our customers. Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the manager. Responsible for keeping warehouse organized. Some product fabrication to fulfill work orders. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

:

Available to work a primary schedule of Monday - Friday Flexible for days and weekends Forklift experience, certification a plus Clean driving record

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.

Must be able to read picking tickets and labels on products.

Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers.

Must be able to operate PC & telephone.

Must be able to operate a hand jack and other materials handling equipment.

Must be able to operate a forklift.

Must be familiar with power tools and tape measure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
