Sunday-Thursday: 3PM - Until Done

Location: Vancouver, Washington

Our Swing Picking employees are a huge part of making Maletis Beverage successful. As a part of our picking team you will get to play a game of Tetris on a daily basis stacking pallets. We use our voice activated system to help glide through your order selections! It's a job that involves both teamwork and the ability to fulfill goals on your own and a great attitude.

A Day in the Life as a Swing Picker

We're looking for a Full-Time Swing Picker for our Vancouver, WA team. Do you have the drive and dedication it takes to make a difference? Our Swing Picking team is known for

Being both team oriented and self-starters This is a very physical position, requiring repetitive lifting of 20-25 pounds of product and standing on feet for long periods of time Using pallet jacks and bendi forklifts to move product Using a headset to pick orders

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (for illegal drugs) Experience using riding pallet jack and forklift preferred Experience in a warehouse required Reliable and dependable Ability to work alone and apart of a team

Compensation

Pay starting at $19.20 an hour and increases based on number of hours worked.

Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the Maletis' benefits program (Medical, Dental, Vision, & Retirement: Supplemental Income 401K and Teamster Pension Trust) following 90 days of employment. You will be automatically enrolled in the life insurance plan that the company provides to you, free of charge, following 90 days of employment.

Time Off

Vacation. As a full-time employee, you will receive vacation pay in the amount of 40 hours following 1 year of service. Annually on your anniversary date, you will receive a drop of vacation hours based on your tenure with the company. Sick Time. Full-time employees begin accruing 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked and can carryover up to 40 hours annually. Hours are available to use after 90 days of employment. Holidays. Following 90 workingdays, you are eligible for the 6 holidays that Maletis observes.
