CDR Global is hiring

Warehouse Associates

to support our growing operations. You'll play a critical role in our fast-paced warehouse environment, handling IT equipment and assets with precision and care. This is an entry-level position perfect for reliable individuals looking to build a career in a dynamic, purpose-driven company. No prior warehouse experience required--we provide training and support for candidates willing to learn.

What You'll Do

Sort & Organize Assets

- Categorize laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, hard drives, monitors, and other IT components

Data Entry & Inventory

- Input hardware information into our system, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management

Quality Control & Testing

- Inspect equipment, test components, and perform peer audits to ensure quality standards

Data Sanitization

- Assist with secure data destruction processes to protect sensitive information

Equipment Disassembly

- Carefully disassemble IT assets to recover valuable components following environmental guidelines

Maintain Safety & Organization

- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols

Meet Production Goals

- Work toward daily and weekly targets while maintaining accuracy and quality

What We're Looking For

Required:

High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Comfort with computer systems and basic software (Excel, Word) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and grow in the role

Nice to Have:

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience Forklift certification Familiarity with inventory management software Experience handling electronics Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
