Warehouse Associate: Shipping Team
We are currently looking for a new team member to join our family in the Drum Center of Portsmouth warehouse.
Your duties will involve:
Picking and Packing:
Accurately locating items within our warehouse and packing them securely to prevent any damage during transit.Labeling and Weighing:
Using our computer systems to generate and apply shipping labels with correct addresses, as well as accurately weighing packages for shipping cost calculations.Order Fulfillment:
Ensuring that all online, e-commerce, and in-store pickup orders are picked, packed, and fulfilled both accurately and efficiently.Carrier Interactions:
Contacting our shipping carriers to arrange package redirects or address other issues that require their direct involvement.Box and Shipping Supply Management:
Maintaining an accurate box and shipping supply inventory count, processing re-orders of supplies on a weekly basis or as needed to ensure we always have what we need.We are looking for an applicant who possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication skills.
This role may require lifting, standing, bending, and potentially operating equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
