Position Summary:

The

Warehouse Associate - Final Mile Delivery

plays an important role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and assisting with the delivery of products to customers' homes. This position works closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure all products are prepared, loaded, and delivered safely and efficiently while maintaining RAS's high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and stage products for final mile delivery routes. Assist drivers with deliveries, installations, and product placement inside customer homes. Handle merchandise carefully and professionally, ensuring no damage to products or property. Verify product accuracy against delivery orders and ensure all items are properly scanned and labeled. Inspect products and report any damages or discrepancies to management immediately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and loading area. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, or hand trucks safely. Support inventory management, including restocking and cycle counts as needed. Follow all safety protocols, DOT regulations, and company procedures. Represent RAS Logistics with professionalism and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience preferred. Experience in

final mile or white-glove delivery

is a plus. Must be able to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) safely and repeatedly. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing quality service. Valid driver's license preferred (may be required based on location).

Work Schedule & Environment:

Full-time position; schedule may include weekends or overtime depending on delivery volume. Fast-paced warehouse and delivery environment requiring frequent lifting, bending, and movement. Team-focused culture that values safety, communication, and customer satisfaction.
